Purchasing 2010 ?

Question

Your Page for purchasing sucks, I have went there and tried to purchase a downloaded upgrade to from 2009 to 2010. I want to use pay pal I do not want the download protections as I save it to 2 different drives when I download. I fill everything out and it says order submitted wait on e-mail.

Well folks it should not take an hour to get that e-mail. :angry:I purchase all the time using pay pal, and have never had to wait like this. I tried twice since the order did not take me to Pay Pal. I will cancel and decline to pay this sucks folks get your act together :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:

Ok I finally got Digital river pourchase to work, I had to enable po-pups for some reason in IE8 or I never got a paypal purchase page.

OK the question now is do I have to creator 9 installed to install the 2010 upgrade?

 

 

Creator 2010 isn't a upgrade, it's a full standalone Suite!

This is not the Roxio support nor Customer Service site so your little rant means nothing. We are just users here on this forum.

 

Of course the order will not take you to PayPal, it should take you to Digital River which handles the download purchases.

 

BTW, have you checked your junk mail? Sometimes the e-mail winds up there.

Yes I know how to use my e-mail client Office Outlook 2007, The order should or they should take you to the pay pal site. I purchase all the time using my pay pal andthis is the way most soft ware companies do it. If and when I get an e-mail from digital river on this I am going to decline and look else where for the software, if i do not find the price that I want I will do without.

I guess I have to wait I submitted, It says I should get an e-mail after now over 2 hours no e-mail. I tried ordering second time got same message. I am use to most sites taking you directly to pay pal to pay for the item once paid for you get an immediate e-mail of where to go to download the item. it appears Roxio does not do this. If I get 2 different e-mails with different order numbers from digital river I am only going to pay for one.

Thanks I do not use credit cards phone call purchase may be useless, I am not sure Pay pal can be done over phone. I will give digital river a day on this matter. If I do not get results I can consider other products from other companies. I have been a Roxio user from the very beginning. I prefer to stay with Roxio but have no problem moving on if I do not get the customer service I expect. This applies to any company I deal with, not just Roxio.
