Your player may not like that RW.

Test it on your PC.

ALL DVD Movies that Roxio makes are Finalized.

(You only need to ask a question in one place, you have made Five posts asking the same thing...)

Also if its finalized then why on the "get disc Info" it still says its "open"

To beat a dead horse, I bought Roxio Easy vhs to dvd because the resulting disk from my Panasonic vhs/dvd combo rercorder would not play on other dvd players. Now my test dvd, the production of which went ok, will not play on any of the dvd players in my house: err, incorrect disc, cannot play..., etc. It WILL play on my second computer using Nero. This is not satisfactory. Do I just give up and take the software back to Office Depot? Treat

Because Disc Info doesn't always give an accurate readout…

But, all DVD Movie discs are always Authored and Finalized with Roxio… If you somehow screw one up, power failure or something, it is trash. You cannot keep one from being finished nor can you fix one that is not…

But if you are using MyDVD (Create DVD) it is out of your hands! But you do have to Author a disc with that program, you cannot simply throw files at a disc and hope they work…
