AVCHD Image Making

NoriNYC

Question

I am using Creator 2010 Pro SP2 with Windows 7 Professional x64.

I made a VideoWave project from a couple of high def mpeg2 files and loaded onto My DVD. After making menus and all that, I tried to make an image of an AVCHD disk.

The thing is at the end of the long encoding, I keep getting an error message about "button action".

I alread tried 5 times, fixed the Roxio program from an installer, but still no go.

Creator validates the project and lets you know if there's any flaw in the project design (such as overlaping buttons), but the project I made successfully passed that before I started making the image.

Given that the error message is about button action, I checked to see if all buttons were linked to proper pages, that still deosn't help.

Question 1: How can I fix this so that I can burn an AVCHD disk?

Question 2: If suggestions I get here don't work, who should I contact to get this resolved?

Thanks.

I am not sure whether your problem is related to mine but it seems possible. I get a similar although not identical error message at the end of the image burning process. See post here for discussion: http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?...mp;#entry325028
