error while writing dvd

Question

i build a dvd size 3.7 GB.

while i try to do simulation it works perfect,

but when i try to write volume or write image.

it stuck on the begining of the "writing files".

it show the next error: end of file -10003

when i try to burn disc, it canceling at the same point as before, eject the DVD and show the error.

 

i try to save the proj' on different name, i reinstall the program. nothing help.

 

what it means and what to do?

 

 

i used dvdit pro HD 6.3.

pc XP SP2.

are you by any chance using VOB files as source? this would cause end of file error

no VOB.

 

all the materials were export from Avid to QT reference and then with tha canopus procoder 3 they have been encoded to M2V and AC3.

Procoder3 should produce correct es files

 

just make sure closed GOP is ticked and video bitrate does not exceed 7700 and ac3 bitrate 256

 

also, interlacing needs to be upper field

thanks anton.

i encoded all the video again as you said.

i change the video in the dvd and it worked.
