Pan and Zoom

My pan and zoom tool isn't working at all, for still images, and for videos. I haven't tried for videos, but for still images, it only somewhat works when the picture is vertical (side lengths are longer than lengths of top and bottom) Doesn't work at all for horizontal pictures. When i do try on a vertical picture, it can pan and zoom a tiny bit but then the preview screen turns black or the picture becomes distorted. A few months ago when i used the program, it was working perfectly, no new computer changes have taken place since then. Thanks for the help.

You may want to run a Repair Install and see if that fixes things.

 

After that, I would ask what is your output target (screen format, 16:9 or 4:3? Standard Def or Hi Def)? And then what are the sizes (in pixels) of your still images?
