Issues with V2D

Hi I hope someone maybe able to help me with my issue.

Firstly I have V2D on an XP computer and it works great.

 

I also have a laptop running Win7 and I installed V2D and it installs fine HOWEVER I can't seem to launch the MediaCapture12 to capture video from a vhs tape

 

I have downloaded sp2 for v2d

 

I have also tried installing it as xp sp3 but still can't launch the video capture part

 

Please help

Hi there - the folder that came with the disc says win 7 on it - i have tried pretty much everything I think - still when I click on the capture button

if i go to launch video wave it say - The certificate file is missing or had been corrupt please reinstall - what does that mean - the things that dont launch are - video capture - create dvd - digitize lps and tapes - ug - help

Could be the version you have is not Win7 compatible.

 

Look at this.....Win7
