Can't get rid of Roxio Media Manager window on startup

drinkwa2

Question

I have the Roxio BackupmyPC program loaded on my computer. For some reason, I am getting this window that pops up all the time and I can't get it to disappear.

The heading of the window is Roxio Media Manger. It says that it is trying to configure Roxio Media Manager. Then another window comes up and says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again or enter another path to a folder containing the installation package Roxio Media Manager.msi in the box below"

The location that is listed in the box right now is C:\Documents and Settings\edgeworthm\Application Data\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Updates\094A4154-9613-438a-B0EC-43A1FC4F1979\SR_MM\

That software has to do with Media Manager that's used with your Blackberry.

Try putting in the disc that came with the software and seeing if it finds the file.

If you've deleted the software yet you're still getting this message try downloading Microsoft's Windows Install Cleanup Utility and running it.Look for an entry for Roxio and if you find one highlight it and hit remove.
