Apparently the content DLLs were not put in the register correctly. Turn off your anti-virus and do a "repair" from Windows Add or Remove programs. Reboot. Remember to turn on your anti-virus afterward.

We have the download

 

We solved the problem by our selves

Made a repair from the control panel

Extracted the RoxioCreator2010Pro_HX19A010R14.exe to a new folder

Because the temp folder where the files should be was empty

And by using the folder search function I Windows 7 we found all the

.msi files needed under the reparation

It now functions

Wonder if one has to install the RoxioCreator2010Content_HV13AXD0SQA.exe

Before the RoxioCreator2010Pro_HX19A010R14.exe questionmark.gif
