Lack of Customer Support & Customer Service!

First: When using Easy LP to MP3 I have difficulty importing LP info from the web and attaching or editing tags if this is even possible.

 

Second: Understanding the exporting of clips and tracks. I typically will record an album side as single clip, and clean, filter and equalize. At this point I'll create the individual track data which I can then modify. I need only to modify the track number and name when I add or inert additional tracks. This eliminated duplicating all the rest of the information for each track.

 

Third: Exporting and later importing while maintaining individual track tags or information

 

Lastly: Getting any response from "Technical Support" at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please also note that the system is working for many customers (this was verified by our admin) during the length of our correspondence with us on all your tickets.

 

As for the link, the component is very similar between the applications is a great first step to resolve the issue you are having.

How is this to happen if the ticket system isn't working for me and you closed the previous link?

The link that Bob is talking about was in another thread. Someone closed that thread probably because there was nothing more to discuss. Whoever did it (not me) may have just decided that the thread would end up just being a set of rants. Let's not let this thread to deteriorate to that level.

 

Take the rebate and the apology and find something else that will work for you.

As mentioned in the previous post:

 

1) Agents have repeatedly contacted you with questions for you to answer which you have not responded to regardless that you are able to create new tickets and update others. The most recent ticket was very specific regarding your files and system.

 

2) In the previous post as well, I explained that the potential solution I gave you may help your problem even though though they are different applications, they have similar interfaces and may resolve your issue. However, in neither response to me have you mention you have tried the suggestion.

 

3) Per point 1, I see you have updated ticket number 928193 at 1:14 pm PST and copied my last response for a refund offer which means that

 

a) The webticket system is working for you to contact our agents

B) You still chose not respond to the agent's questions which are clearly visible in the ticket and the previous ones.

c) You are accepting the refund.

 

This issue is now considered closed.
