ChipSD
Hi, my Macbook came with Toast 9 on it. I just installed the update, and now I am asked to re-register the software and enter the product i.d. I do not know what the product i.d. is. Thanks for the help. tsantee
Unfortunately Roxio's software license is non-transferable. The license remains with the original purchaser of the software. When you say it came with your MacBook I'm presuming that means it already was licensed by someone else. If not, the license info should have been provided with your purchase.
