any tutorials?

I've recently bought Easy VHS To Dvd, and have managed (after problems with suitable cables)to work the basics of plug and burn, but can't seem to find any instructions about the other features I can learn to use. My manual supplied only gives bare basics of plug and burn and Transferring audio from Lps and Tapes, nothing else. I've read on this message board about a 'learning center' but can't find it. and have searched the knowledge base for how to's and tutorials with no success. So I have this product at my disposal, but no knowledge of settings etc. as to how to import/edit and whatever else I could do with my old but treasured family VHSs. Any help for a novice would be appreciated
