Videowave crahses when I try to export

rachel21

Question

Hi, I've been using Videowave for a while with no problems but it's suddenly started freezing when I try to export my production - that is save it onto the computer. I'm using a HP Compaq desktop with Windows Vista. The only thing that's different is that I've just changed the hard drive. Is there anyone out there who can help? Thanks.

You have not supplied much information other then basically "it does not work".

How about some details on the project: time length, video sources, etc. Exactly what are the steps you are taking/ At what point does it freeze? How long do you wait before you decide it's "frozen"?

What are your system specs (look at my signature for an example)? How much free space on your hard drive? Defragged lately?

Hi Rachel -

In addition to myguggi's suggestions, please also let us know what the error - if any - was.

While not specifically for exporting, the first three steps of the article Resolving Video Burning Issues are worth going over.
