rockymisner
I had difficulty installing Creator 2010 on XP Pro 32bit. Problem was the program would start and then after a few min. it would stop stating it could not complete installation. Tried several times, checked for Win updates, still no help. I finialy turned off Windows firewall, Roxio 2010 installed OK with no issues. A reminder: download the latest Windows Media Player before installing or it will stop installing and ask to download Meda Player. Hope this helps someone. The software installs just fine, without the latest WMP. I have WMP 9, and there was not a problem installing Creator 2010 Pro.
jonatsonic
Hi Rocky - The firewall is an interesting point and is not included in the article Preparing your computer for installing Roxio products. I will mention this our engineers and see if it is valid entry into the article. Jon
