C2009 and C2010 together

sef13

Question

That won't work for Creator 2010 as the product codes in the registry are unique.

Try this:

1. Uninstall everything that is Roxio related from the Control Panel Add Remove if there is anything there.

2. Run the .reg file provided in the link below

http://www.dutran.com/Roxio/RemoveUninstallKeysC2010.zip

3. Install Creator 2010

Hi, I would like to know if the above solution would work for my problem: I installed Creator 2010 without knowing that it would not uninstall creator 2009. That created all kinds of problems and after researching I followed the procedures for a "Complete Uninstall of Creator 2009 and 2010". By the way, I have Windows 7. After doing all the "cleaning" instructed my control panel list of programs still shows Roxio Creator 2010 but it won't uninstall. If I try to install again, I only get the options of Repair or Remove and if I click in any of them the program stops working and closes. Can you please help me? Thank you.

Depending on what OS and version of Creator 2010. Try deleting this folder

Vista and Win7

C:\ProgramData\Uninstall\{89A15676-78AE-4D51-BF5B-DEE3E0D46C94}

XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Uninstall\{89A15676-78AE-4D51-BF5B-DEE3E0D46C94}
