"Smart"sound? Won't start

Hi all, hope someone can help. When starting Videowave, I get the error "The smartsound database could not be opened properly. Quicktracks cannot continue at this time and will close." Anyone seen this before? I'm running:

 

Vista 64 bit SP2

Intel E6750 2.6GHz

4GB ram

 

I've downloaded and installed the service pack for 2010 also.

Yes, a couple of people have. Go to the Smart Sounds web site and download and re-install the program.

Excellent. It worked. Thanks! Now if I can just get the web video capture to work right. It captures only a few minutes then stops. I was trying to capture some stuff from YouTube. Any ideas on that one? And it only works with Firefox.

I think you'll find the Youtube problem is down to youtube changing things.

 

It is also against their terms of service to do it - sorry about that
