Installation Error

Hi all,

 

I am having problems install Roxio Creator 2010 on my computer. I have put screenshots on here to show you what my problem is. I have already tried right clicking the file, clicking properties, and trying multiple different compatibility modes. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

I put the extra .exe on there to see if I could get it to work. It still wouldn't work once I did that, and I just didn't change it back before I took the screenshot.

 

 

Well, I have some good new, and bad news. I successfully downloaded Creator 2010, but I have tried downloading the content twice, and each time it stops at .98 GB. But it is supposed to be 1.02 GB. (I know about the exact bytes, I just don't remember them.) So, has anybody else had trouble downloading the content? What have you done to fix the problem? Thanks in advance!!

Use WinZip WinRAR and unzip the first download pictured above to a folder you make on your hard drive. Click on the unzipped .exe and follow this post by Sonic Boom...

Thanks, but I already tried unzipping the file. I have WinRar, and when I right click the file, it doesn't give me the option to unzip/extract the files.

I think your download file size is incorrect and could be corrupt. Download it again...

Ok, I will try downloading it again. I will do that tonight (I have satellite, and my bandwidth is limited except from 11Pm to 4Am.)

why does it have .exe.exe? It should not have that file extension.
