Easy Media Creator 9

I am using Easy Media Creator 9. The problem I am having is the drag to disc feature will not recognize my CD/DVD drive. I ran a program called PC Optimizer 360 and ever since then I have had this problem. Can anyone help? The software techs seem to think I am crazy

If you've "optimized" parts of the suite out of existence, you may need to do a clean install to get everything back in place.
