Label Creator 2010 Printer Compatability HP D7560

martinav

Question

I spent a lot of money for this latest version of creator. I am very surprised to find that it is totally unable to print to an HP D7560 "direct to disk". What the heck is this about? There should not be an issue of compatibility. This is what this software is all about.

Do you have Label Creator 10 from Easy Media Creator 10 [EMC 10] as the heading you gave this message says, or are you actually talking about Label Creator 12 from Creator 2010 ??

If you have Creator 2010, I think you'll find there are work-arounds to print to HP printers.

I run Roxio Label Creator, and do an "About" and it shows "Roxio Creator 2010 Pro (Build 121B93A ENU)"

I purchased Roxio Creator 2010 upper level product.

So.. you tell me!

Go into the search (top right) and type in d7560, in the search where, select All Forums.

Hello Martin,

The built-in board search isn't that useful, but I managed to find the post I had seen. It's actually back in the EMC 10 forum, so you might not have found it with my directions.

You're using a later version of the software and a different model printer, but from what I can see the principle is the same.

Here's the topic you should read. I hope it works for you.

An updated version, complete with Pictures, was posted Here a couple of months ago.
