Roxio Creator 10 sp2 - Audio capture scan & tag occasionally does not run

whorureally

Question

I am having an issue with the Audio Capture from Sound Card feature. The problem is not in the capture feature, but the scan and tag application which runs after the program is stopped and closed. Sometime the program loads up and scans the temporary file as it supposed to, but other times it doesn't run. At this time I have two temporary audio files sitting in my folder titled Audio.mp3 and Audio1.mp3. Each of these files contain between 60 minutes to 120 minutes of music. Why doesn't this feature always launch when it is supposed to? Is there any way I can manually use the feature to scan and tag these temporary files?

What software do you really have? You posted in the Roxio Creator 2010 forum but state you are using Roxio Creator 10. There are 2years difference between the two versions.

Sorry, that was my error. I have Roxio Creator 2010. It is running on Windows 7 Professional 64.
