PRINTER FUNCTION DOES NOT WORK

When trying to print, the picture of the item should be in the Canvas Print screen. One should be able to press the printer icon, select the printer if necessary and the project should be printed. This is NOT happening. In fact the picture in the picture canvas is lost and cannot be recovered unless the program is closed and re-opened. This was a new load program and has not worked from get go. The system being used is an ACER 64bit machine using Windows 7. The same picture will print with other programs. Chatting w/help on-line did not resolve the situation. Another individual on this site had basically the same problem with a box coming up in the centre of the canvas indicating a cancel function, but it did not work either and a box at the bottom of the screen saying print being prepared and then nothing and no print. Has Roxio figured out a solution for this major defect/irritation yet?

I have the exact same problem printing. Have you found a solution yet? I tried the online help and cannot get past the submitt question page. It takes me back to the original page when I try and submitt my question.

Are the printers networked?

 

DPC, try again; the forums and the web site has been screwed up today.

I tried running the program with and with out networking. On another computer, Laptop from Toshiba with a direct connection and the same thing happened. The printing function says it starts but nothing comes out of the Samsung printers. I even tried the Universal Samsung printer but that just messed both printers from Samsung.

I assume you are talking about using Photosuite to a print a photo. I am not using Windows 7 but in Vista it works correctly as you can see from the attached image. Do you not get this Print Window?
