easy media creator 9

Question

when i open easy media creator 9 i get an error that sayes Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime error!

Program:...common Files\Sonic Shared\Sonic Central\Main\Mediahub.exe, R6025 -pure virtual function call

 

 

anyone know how to resolve this?

You posted in the Creator 2009 forums, which is 2 versions newer than the version that you have.

Just want to confirm that you tried ALL the steps in the instructions in post #2 (which included a Clean Install).

 

Also when you did the clean install you did not skip or add any steps.

No i did not skip any steps i did the entire clean install

I still get that error

I'm guessing that you missed a Roxio or Sonic entry in the msicuu listing.

Do it again (clean install).

 

msicuu = Microsoft Installer Clean Up Utility.
