Help! The PB after i downloaded the update.

Question

After i downloaded the update, I followed the guide to updated the product.

Then the window appeared that ask me to input the CDkey. I never knew the CDkey.

Cuz the software had been already installed when i got this MAC.

So any one can help me to fix that pb?

Or i need to call my MAC sales back?

Roxio's EULA doesn't allow transferring a license to another user. That may be what you're encountering.
