Display and colour settings

I've upgraded to a new computer and now I can't get the program to work when I click on capture video. It tells me to adjust my display to 1024 x 768 or higher and color 16 bit or higher BUT my display settings are both set higher - 1920 x 1080 and True color (32 bit).

 

My new computer is an ASUS G51JX-X2 Notebook PC - Intel Core i7-720QM 1.6GHz, 4GB DDR3, 320GB HDD, DVDRW, 15.6" Display, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with NVIDIA Geforce GTS 360M CUDA 1GB.

 

I don't want to adjust my resolution settings for this one program, so if there is a work around it would be much appreciated.

Did you try updating the video dribvers from nVidia?

Yes and I have the most up to date video driver.

 

Found the fix myself. The software works without me changing the resolution (1920 x 1080) but I have to change the color from 32 bit to 16 bit. Why the software won't work in 32 is anybodies guess. go figure.

1920x1080 on a 15" laptop screen? Text must be really tiny. LOL I use Creator 2010 just fine at 1080p at 32bit color depth. Must be something odd with the how it is detecting the display drivers.
