Here's a way to make sure you have the new update. In your Applications folder rename the Toast 10 Titanium folder to something like Toast 10 Titanium Old so it has a different name than the old one. Double click on the downloaded update so you see the window in the Finder that has the new Toast 10 Titanium folder. Drag that folder to your Applications folder. When the copy is finished open the Toast 10 Titanium folder in your Applications folder. Launch Toast. You'll be asked to go through the Toast setup assistant before Toast opens.

As for the error 43 you need to describe more about what kind of file you have and what settings you are using in Toast. I'm guessing you are trying to burn a video DVD. Is this from a VIDEO_TS folder, from a video file (what kind?) or from something else?

Another 10.0.6 problem: I'm running Snow Leopard on an Intel Mac. Toast will NOT burn a DVD. I get the following:

Sense key=Medium Error

Sense Code=0x73, 0x03

Any ideas? Wouldn't it be nice if someone from Roxio was available to trouble shoot this!

A Medium error usually means the drive (and Toast) had a problem with the blank disc (the media). Try a different brand of discs. Verbatim media is very good with Apple's superdrives. Other things to try is choosing a slow burn speed (select the speed after the media is inserted and recognized) and/or choosing Save as Disc Image and burning the resulting .toast file using the Image File setting in the Toast Copy window.
