I assume that by "downloaded" you meant installed? Download refers to "downloading" files from a website.

What kind of "photo projects" are you talking about? A slideshow, a collage, a calendar? You have to tell us what you want to do before we can help.

Installed-I want to create a calendar, collage but it does not show any templates. It appears the content file is not activated although everthing else apart from creating photo projects works.

The only thing I could find that was similar to this dates back to Aug 2009…

Of course there have been 2 Service Packs since then and I assume that you are running with SP2 for Roxio Creator 2010??? (home app – Help About)

Here is the earlier posting –

I would try running the Repair option from Control Panel – Programs & Features for both the Pro as well as the Content entry.

Check the SP 2, try what I suggest and look through the posting I linked. Let us know what you find out!

Is there another resolution for this issue? I tried all the suggestions and still don't see the templates.

Generally if there hasn't been a response from the original poster for several months, it's safe to assume that the issue was resolved

You'd be better starting a fresh thread and saying exactly what it is you are trying to do and also what problems you are having. It's very rare for two people to have an 'identical' fault (computer specs vary) so please repost and also give your computer specs and we can take it from there
