music videos to Roxio

Hi, new guy here with a question. I have Roxio with my desktop mgr for my Blackberry. I think it's Roxio 9, if that helps. How do i upload my music videos from my Blackberry into Roxio through the desktop mgr. Using the USB cable won't do it. My videos are sent directly to my phone, not my PC.

The Media Manager you have is designed for and works with Blackberry. Since they designed it, all technical service comes from Blackberry. Go to their web site to get help. Sorry, most of the people heare have never seen that version so help is unlikelyon this forum. You may also be running into a Digital Rights Management issue; check with where you are getting the music videos from. Read the EULA agreement.
