after installing and enjoying easy vhs to dvd on my windows 7 laptop, i am trying to reinstall the software on a windows xp machine. my laptop was stolen. after many attemps, i finally got it installed, however when i try to go to any program except the main one (videowave, label creator, etc...) it tells me that the shortcut is missing, and i can't find it browsing thru the disk. i never had this prob before and now am unable to use the product. i have uninstalled and reinstalled many times now. i have tried the repair function several times as well, but continue to encounter the same problem. please help!
on top of all the installation issues, my pc also is not recognizing the usb capture device. idk if it goes hand in hand with the other problem, but i installed the update for it and the service pack. wtf?
