Turn OFF auto-dectection End of Tape

I have a couple poor quality VHS tapes that I would just like Roxio to do its best to convert. But it stops the conversion process asking if I want to save what Roxio was able to capture. Is there an option to just convert everything without looking for the end of the tape?

When you click on "Capture Video" what is the name of the application that opens?

No, not everyone has the problem your seeing. I can capture white snow with nothing recorded on it..
