Question

I HAVE WINDOWS 7 AND HAVE INSTALLED ROXIO 2010. WHEN I RIP A CD TO CONVERT TO MP3 FORMAT, THE SONG TITLE INFORMATION COMES UP BUT ONLY CONVERTS 14 SONGS OUT OF 20. WHEN I TRY TO CAPTURE THE OTHER 6 SONGS GRACENOTE SAYS IT CAN'T FIND THE INFORMATION OF ARTISTS AND TITLES. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

DAVID C,

Very likely, you're doing nothing wrong, and Gracenotes simply doesn't have all the information on that CD. After all, I believe a good portion of that database is provided by users.
