installation problems

I am disgusted. I looked at the 2010 for weeks before I purchased it. I decided becaused I used it at work it work be great at home. It wont install. It goes half way and uninstalls. I am tired of wasting time installing and not using this software. Some please help. This is my system information. Will itwork? Tom

I have spent so much time with this ridiculous Creator 2010 that I think it is an unworkable program not designed very well for our consumption. I had no issues with 2009. Just had to add Creator 2010. The company needs to have a general fix for this quickly because now I am out two programs and have Roxio still on my list of removeables. Yet with many attempts it still exists. Out spot. The company seems to not care about all of these 2010 consumers.
