Cannot burn Easy DVD Copy premium 4

Hello...

 

I seem to be having issues with this program....I purchased it yesterday.

 

I added 2 .avi files to my compilation (approx. 120mins total) and pressed burn and entered burn options, then some progress bar pops up and disappears very quickly...then nothing!!

 

It seems to just do nothing after that. There is no progress screen or anything.

 

The program seems very easy to use...it's just too bad it doesn't work!!!

 

Can anyone help??? I updated my dvd burners firmware and drivers and i'm running windows 7.

If you have Easy DVD Copy Premium, you might not have a compatible version for Windows 7. Roxio says

Quite probable that it is a typo, since TPaish purchased it yesterday.
