Popcorn quit unexpectedly

Attempting to burn a disk when it quits before completing the preparation of the disk image

 

following error message shown after quitting - any ideas??

 

I am using a imac (new from store in last few months so new hardware, Popcorn 4.02 and OSX is up to date)

Have you tried it with different source videos? What settings are you using in Popcorn? If the source is a VIDEO_TS folder it must have all its original content (e.g. not ripped as movie only).
