MrBuzzard
I can't seem to get my tutorials to play. I have Win 7 Ultimate, and have Adobe Flash installed. One other person reported a problem with IE 64 bit. Right click on one of the videos, select to open in new window. When it does, look at what browser it is trying to use. Please post back. You are connected to the internet, correct? What video(s) are you trying to get to? All or particular ones? 0 gi7omy
The problem with the 64 bit iE Steve is that Flash just won't work with it - it has to be a 32 bit browser for that (blame Adobe on that )

There is a notice ibn Internet Options that 64bit browser cannot be made default browser. I reinstalled Flash player from Download.com, and there was no change. The tutorials I cannot open are on the Home Screen of 2010Pro, and are under Learning Center. I cannot get any of them to play. Can you tell me where these files are located in the application, and is there any way to check if they have been corrupted?

I'd be willing to post some for you. BTW, can you read the pdf files? They are almost better if you are a reader learner. See if you can see any from here. Shortcut. Not quite sure what that indicates, however. Yes, the .pdf files open fine. Thanks for your help. Will keep the link you sent in case I need to here someone read to me.
