Hi, so i bought the video convert online, and when i downloaded it, i go the roxio easy dvd copier premier, i downloaded it, all went well....now, every button in the menu, copying disks, disk to image, etc, they all work fine, the only one that doesnt is the video convert, which says the "missing certificate file" warning. I've done everything the forums have told me, downloaded everything, and still nothing. Its the one application i actually want to use, and it is the only one (well along with the label design) that doesnt work. Can anybody help???
