Windows Movie Maker has this option available as Credits. I don't have EMC 10 loaded but I don't think it is available. You can get close. See if you have news crawl to move the text across the bottom of the screen. To set position, bring the x position to as high a number as you need, lengthen the color panel so that it craws off screen. Remember to set the TV safe zone to make sure of the position.
