Label Creator Has Stopped Working

I am on Windows 7 and I keep receiving "Label Creator Has Stopped Working" messages at various stages in the Create Labels or Create Labels - Advanced processes.

 

I have Roxio 2010 SP2 installed, and am looking for answers as to why this is continually happening?

Control Panel – Programs & Features – Roxio 2010 – Uninstall/Change – Repair

If the Repair Option works check your (Help About This Software) for the Service Pack Version.

 

Running the Repair Option reverts your software to what it was at installation.

 

Service packs are not slipped streamed into the ESD installers (Downloads Of Roxio Creator 2010 Software).

 

A earlier bought boxed Roxio Creator 2010 Software DVD won't have the latest Service Pack on the disc.

 

The latest Service Pack Version for Roxio Creator 2010 Pro Software I show is SP 2.1....
