uninstalling (please)

leksie

Question

hello ,

I am using Roxio 9 music lab premier or media experience.

I have bought the program and i am not pleased with it.

Working with it is OK but it is almoast inpossible (i hope not) to uninstall it.

I am using XP.

First i tried it to remove it in "software" : failed

Than in Lokal machine and Current users.

Also in the Thask bar below the screen.

Also manual but Roxio UpnpService9 and driver SHELLEX.DLL 9.0.0.63 , I can't remove.

When i use Revo-uninstall prog. or some mallware programmes it keeps saying "you have to complete the installing Roxio Media Experience" .

That screen will pop up by everything i do.

Roxio is constantly trying to install the program.

I even can't shutdown my Computer in a normal way , i have to shut him "hard".

Why is Roxio making it difficult to remove the program.

Please give me a solution to remove it because i don't use it all the time.
