I also am having the same issue.

I am trying to install on:

Microsoft Windows XP, Media Center Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 3

Dell Inspiron I6000, Intel Pentium M, Processor 1.73 GHz, 2.00 GB of RAM

Hardware:

Display Adapters: ATI Mobility Radeon X300

Bios: Phoenix ROM BIOS Plus Version 1.10 A08

DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)

Have done all of the updates, un-install, re-install, deleting certificates and no improvement.

I have open ticket 967187 in since last week and forwarded copies of my certificates.

Has anyone found a fix?
