Not responding

Question

I need some help with coping DVD's. It does evenually work if I wait long enough but I keep getting 'not responding' when I select DVD copy or during the coping. I just purchased this item so I actually thought it was not working.

I have Windows Vista and I am using Easy DVD Copy 4.

This thread was moved to the correct section of the forums for better/faster response on the product.

Where did you get the DVDs? What do you have for a computer? How much free space on your hard drive? How much junk do you have running when you try to use the program? Clean your hard drive. CCleaner is good for that; don't clean your registry. Also defrag your hard drive. Same location for good tools.

The dvd was purchased at microcenter which has my wedding ceremony on it but I have tried many other dvd's that did the same thing. Computer = HP - Pavillion Elite m9060n PC. I will try to clean up the hard drive & defrag and see what happens. Thanks for your help.
