Creator 2010 Pro Hangs on Splash Screen

Hi all sorry new at this had creator 8 "FAB" but would not work with Win 7, So got Creator 10, installs ok started to work ok 1 month on started hanging on splash screen, will not let me use any of the app's, have to use task manager to close, any one else have this problem!. would like some advise on getting it to work.

What software do you have? There is no Creator 10 There is a 2 year old version called Easy Media creator 10 which is not compatible with W7 and there is the latest Roxio Creator 2010 which is compatible. By not using the correct name you are confusing the issue and its not possible to give any answer.
