Unrequested update with mouse's right click

Blue_samurai

Question

:ninja: I am getting an annoying problem with EASY MEDIA CREATOR 10LJ software.

When using right click of the mouse, many times the software update launches automatically. It started happening once, after the application hanged out when trying to burn a CD due to memory (I belive).

Any solution, please.

'LJ' at the end marks that as an OEM version (and offhand I can']#t think who that would be).

Did it come bundcdled with something? If so, you have to contact the suppliers (whoever they are).

Every OEM version is different and we don't know all of the differences

LJ is a Sony OEM. I'm not sure anyne here has seen it so no one knows what applications are included. That means no one would know why right clciking would launch it.

What are you right clicking on when you get the update message? Have you tried to update?

I use right clicking on desktop icons. But it happens just one time on same icon.

I tried to update, but the software was included with my vaio, so no installation CD was included.

What could it be?

I'm afraid the only ones who could answer that would be Sony

OEM versions are highly modified to the OEM spec (as well as having parts surgically removed) and the OEM is the only one who can supply any info or support
