Help: Background Interface Color Changed to Black

splinters

Question

Hi all,

I've used Roxio Creator 9 for years. Then, all of a sudden, I opened the program today, and the background of the interface (for all programs) had, on its own, changed color to black. This makes it impossible to read any of the text in the interface (all of which is in black) -- making the program virtually unusable. I can't find a way to return the background to the normal color scheme.

Anyone had this problem? Any ideas?

Thanks!

Jeff

Are you having the same or similar issue with any other programs? Perhaps you video card/chip drivers have become corrupt. Update/reinstall them.

Thanks for your response. Nope -- everything else works perfectly on my computer. This is a Roxio 9-only issue. Any thoughts?
