I was uploading photos from my HTC phone to RR Photoshow, RR Photoshow also uploaded a 10 minute video (wedding!). I wasn't aware it was being uploaded & choice the option to delete the photos from my phone upon uploading. Now I can't locate the video!!!

I looked where RR PhotoShow indicated video would be stored (c:\document settings\HP 6700\local settings\temp

and do not see any videos. Nor is it in my pictures folder.

Thoughts / help

It looks an awful lot like Roxio's Photoshow and could have been a repackaged version for RR. Have you done a system wide search for the filename?

Also, take a look in the C:\user\'username' folders to see if it's buried there but I think it is suppose to be in the temp folder.

Why are you asking about that in this forum? Not very likely that a Roxio user will have any experience with that

The RR Photoshow trouble shoot tab linked me to Roxio.

Typical really

OEM suppliers are supposed to provide support (but they always manage to try to pass the buck)

The problem is none of us know what may have been modified in the RR version (every OEM version is modified or has had bits removed) so we're at a loss as to how to help really
