Roxio Media Capture sotp working

Question

Hi! I bought Easy Vhs to DVD and I followed the steps in the instruction book but when I try to start the capture mode it crashes and shows me this message Roxio Media Capture stop working, but that's not all, when I try to run plug and play mode it crashes again but now the message its RoxWizardLauncher Module stop working.

 

Can anybody tell me whats wrong?? bY the way my OS its windows vista Sp2

 

I'm sorry if its difficult to understand but I'm Spanish :)

I finally solved it cleanning and erasing like it is said in the first tutorial i read but now my problem its that ther is no signal anywhere and i know i have conected everything right because my vcr has only one conection so please help me!!

Go into Help Check for Updates and see what happens…

 

It would be nice to know what version you working with, there are 3! Help About will tell you.

 

I assume you are using a SCART adapter?

 

As a test, try connecting a DVD Player or Camcorder to the Capture Device to see if any signal comes from those.
