Install Issues

[Lost Johnny]

I put in my new disk, hit "install" and followed directions, was told midway through instal that it had been interupted, when I tried to install again after hitting the "english" option, I am told that I can't install becouse "My configuration does not support any included programs" or something. Any ideas. I reallt love Roxio but I used to swear by Western DIgital to, not any more.
