tsantee
As I understand your post, you are using the DVD Disc setting in the Convert window and are using Toast 9.0.7. Is that correct? I'm presuming you selected some specific title from the DVD. What are the export formats you've chosen? Something you might try is to choose DVD with the top button of the Toast Media Browser and choose Video Files as the format in the Toast Convert window. Drag the title(s) you want from the browser to the main window to extract them from the DVD. Now see if the conversion is jumpy.

tsantee
Update to 9.0.7 to see if that fixes the problem. Also try my suggestion to use the Media Browser for extracting the video from the DVD.
pakojoe2
You have broken timecode. Toast will not fix this. Try running the VOB files thru "Mpeg StreamClip" first to repair the broken timecode. Then save a new VOB file to use in Toast.
