Can't Record Audio From Soundcard

Question

I searched the forums and was unable to find my product:

Roxio for BlackBerry

Roxio Media Manager

Build 940B67E ENU

I'm running Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit

It has an Intel High Definition Audio Chipset 7.1 surround sound.

When I attempt to import audio with Roxio Media Import the only option I'm given is:

Capture from:

Realtek Digital Input (Realtek High Definition Audio)

That sound device is shown under my audio devices along with an ATI High Definition Audio device.

I hit record an no sound is recorded.

This worked fine prior to upgrading my PC.

Is there a trick to the settings?

I've verified my drivers are up to date.

Thank you,

David

You would have to check with Blavckberry (the version supplied by them is highly modified and they are supposed to offer support).

Apart from that, the version you have may not be compatible with Windows 7

Sorry, I don't think that V9 is Windows 7 compatible. Check with Blackberry to see if they have an upgrade version. Edited by ggrussell
