I am using MyDVD 2010 to create slideshows. Everything works perfectly until I add SmartSound audio to the slideshow. Once I do, the preview window shows only a black screen and the exported video file created by MyDVD yields only a black screen.
I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 on a Dell Studio / AMD X6 / ATI Video.
The issue was present on my previous computer, which was an HP running Vista. Just got the new Dell, and intalled the software fresh, same problem.
