DarkVoice
Hey there .. I am having problems calibrating the software to my printer (HP Deskjet 5700 Series (HPA)) .. I go thru the calibration procedure and nothing changes. Is there some way of resetting the general page alignment or something else that I may be missing? Thanks! Don't you think it might be helpful to include the name of the software program that you are using? Or do we get a prize for guessing correctly? Once you disclose that, your post can be moved to the correct forum where maybe somebody will be able to help.

Most HP printers the page faces down, top first. I don't see away to reset the calibration to 'defaults'. Brendon
There are several different levels of Label Creator, [the real one or the express one], and the program changed a lot about the time of Easy Media Creator 10.0 and 10.1. So which version of Label Creator are you having trouble with, and which version number?

I am using Roxio Label Creator, part of Roxio Easy DVD Copy Premier, build 122B04A ENU. What do you mean by 'nothing changes'? Are you re-inserting the page correctly for the HP? Most HP printers the page faces down, top first. I don't see away to reset the calibration to 'defaults'. Walt - thread title "Label Creator' I first go to page setup and select type of label sheet that I want to print (in this case, Memorex A4). Then from the print box, I select "Calibrate ...", following the procedure requested in each dialog box. First I print the test page, then the test letters. The circle on the page does not align anywhere in the letter bars for the top or bottom of the page. I thought I read somewhere that in one of the other Roxio packages the software lets you reset the basic page alignment to "000" for each axis, then you can calibrate from there. This version doesn't seem to offer that fix, and since the top/bottom settings don't correlate to a letter, the program doesn't seem to know how to make any changes to the printer calibration .. ggrussell
Click on the Preference Button beside Calibrate. Is the Fine Tune checked and have numbers in it from the Calibration? Reset those to 000 000 and uncheck Fine Tune. See if that helps. It still sounds like you are reinserting the page wrong the second time. Make sure the page is inserted correctly for the HP printer that you have.
