Busy Tasks:"burn Data Disk".

I am running Win 7

 

Every time I burn a data disc, it burns, the verifies then the disc ejects.

I try to close the burn data disk without saving, but keep getting the error message "Please wait for all tasks to complete before exiting. Busy tasks:"Burn data disk".

The only way for me to close it is to open task manager (cntrl-alt-delete)and select end program for Roxio Creator 10.

 

Is there a way to solve this??

EMC 10 is not supported in Win 7.

I purchased this right from Roxio and the agent told me Roxio Creator IS supported by WIN 7.

If you goto the products page "http://www.roxio.com/enu/products/creator/suite/system-requirements.html" it also says it supports WIN 7.??

Do you have Easy Media Creator 10 or Creator 2010. The names are confusing so you must be specific. Easy Media Creator 10 is not compatible with W7 although some applications may work for a short time.

Posting the same question three times (that I know of) will not get you an answer if no one knows or have had the same issue.

 

What happens if you select not to verify? Have ou tried to wait a little longer?
